You are not obligated to sit for hours waiting for the right person to come along as you would at a yardsale. Also, we accept most major credit cards which means shoppers often buy more, esp. bigger ticket items!

You earn 70% of your total selling price and only pay one registration fee of $12 regardless of the number of items you bring! The registration fee helps to cover our costs for our lease of building, insurance, materials and advertising.

You will earn a presale pass allowing you to shop early before the public.

You will be one of the first to shop, finding the best bargains! Volunteer at the sale to earn a pass to shop before ANYONE (public and consignors)!! By volunteering you will also have a chance to win up to $300! See volunteering for details!

You will receive your check, less 30% and the registration fee of $12 when you pick up your unsold items!

Volunteers are key to the sales success! Volunteer with us and for every shift you volunteer (and work) your name will go into a drawing for a chance to win $50. We will draw six $50 winners. Your name will be entered for each shift that you work giving you a greater chance of winning and the possibility of winning $100 or more! The drawing will be held by close of the sale on Sunday.
